A well-thought-out system design and the careful selection of components contribute to an optimised air flow. This improves energy efficiency and increases reliability. Under suitable operating conditions, the service life of the motor, electrical components, bearings, hoses and seals can also be extended by up to 50 per cent.
The new GEAR XP series features a sealed gearbox and a motor speed matched to the compressor stage.

Combined with comparatively low speeds and effective noise insulation, the compressors achieve a low noise level. This means the system can also be used in locations where noise levels are a key consideration.
The maintenance- and service-friendly system design of the GEAR-XP compressors comprises a robust drive motor with power reserves, generously dimensioned heat exchangers and a cooling air flow system tailored to requirements.
All components have been developed with a view to ensuring the most efficient possible operation. From the motor through the compressor stage to the gearbox, the individual components have been optimised to work in harmony with one another.
