AirControl Advanced: The intelligent evolution of our control technology
The successor to the AirControl Premium (ACP) – first proven in the F-Drive. Featuring a 7-inch touchscreen, network connectivity and advanced sensor technology.
The AirControl A compressor control system offers intelligent and future-proof monitoring of your compressor.
- The ACA has been tested and further developed internationally at group level. Years of experience from our customers underscore the reliability and robustness of this technology. With the ACA, you are not only equipped to meet today’s requirements, but also have a control system at your disposal that prepares your plant for the years ahead through IoT connectivity and intelligent data analysis.
- Seamless migration from the ACP is possible (max. 2 adapters)
- Prepared for the growing regulatory requirements of the future (e.g. CRA – Cyber Resilience Act)
More than just a controller: an intelligent management system

The switch is easier than you might think
We have kept the connections as compatible as possible. You can make the switch without having to buy a whole new set of cables.
- Almost identical rear panel: Relay outputs, power supply and digital inputs are fully interchangeable.
- Adapter solution: For the sensitive area (sensors & DUART), up to 2 adapters are available.
- 6-pin adapter: For DUART connections on the ACP
- 9-pin adapter: For direct sensor connection
- No cable clutter: The position of most connections remains the same.
Please note: The menu navigation has changed slightly. However, thanks to the guided user interface and the new graphics, getting to grips with it is intuitive.
THE MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS:
- Modern operating concept: A large, high-resolution 7-inch touchscreen with guided user interface replaces the old 5-inch display and physical buttons. This ensures intuitive operation, better readability and a shorter learning curve.
- Connectivity: Via the integrated COM 4 port (in conjunction with IoT), you can keep a constant eye on your compressors’ data. From real-time data to notifications in the event of critical conditions. This supports preventive maintenance. The result is higher system availability and the avoidance of costly unplanned downtime.
- Intelligent system management: The ACA takes over the tasks of external controllers. It offers integrated networked control for up to 6 compressors, generates detailed statistics and flow rate profiles for efficiency analysis, and features a digital ‘system logbook’ as well as timer functions.
- Practical maintenance & robustness: Updates and backups are now carried out via a universal USB port instead of an SD card. The IP65 protection rating (front) guarantees reliability in harsh environments, and the easy replacement of the button cell battery, as well as the ability to save parameters to a storage medium, significantly reduce service requirements.
