New Screw Compressor G-Drive T
Highest efficiency in its class
The G-DRIVE T is the economical alternative to the V-DRIVE T – equipped with a powerful drive motor, fixed speed operation, and integrated two-stage compression. Thanks to direct drive without a coupling, its compact design, and proven ALMiG technology, it offers maximum efficiency, durability, and service-friendliness for a wide range of industrial applications.
Power range in kW
Volume flow according to ISO 1217 (Annex C-2009) in m³/min
Operating pressure in bar

New compressor series G-Drive T
With a central, powerful IE4 drive motor for both compression stages, the G-DRIVE T operates at fixed speed without a coupling – resulting in low wear and exceptional durability. The two-stage integrated compression in a compact unit reduces energy consumption and ensures maximum efficiency with a constant compressed air demand.
Thanks to a reduced mechanical design, low pressure losses, and modern control, the G-DRIVE T delivers reliable performance in the range of 90 to 250 kW. Ideal for industrial applications, service-friendly in design, and available with air or water cooling options.
Advantages:
- High compressor efficiency enables significant energy savings and reduces the system's lifecycle costs
- In some cases, more than 15% energy savings compared to single-stage compression
- Direct drive without coupling – no wear parts, low maintenance effort
- Low differential pressures
- High cost-effectiveness due to lower acquisition costs and low energy consumption
- Service-friendly design with optimal accessibility to all components
- Robust, durable design for continuous industrial operation
Compared to the previous model, it also requires significantly less installation space – ideal when production space is limited.
With regard to Industry 4.0, the new generation of controls has all the prerequisites to participate in internal company communication or to be monitored externally via cloud service.
The unique stage design integrates the first and second stages into a single compression unit. The rotors of each compression stage reach optimal speed through the integrated gearbox. Efficient compression is achieved by using a cooling oil mist for intercooling. This controlled amount of oil simultaneously allows the pressure dew point to be undercut, preventing condensate formation in the second compression stage. This eliminates the need for a cumbersome and costly separate intercooler, while increasing reliability.
