Adsorption dryers are used for all applications where a pressure dewpoint of  +3°C is not sufficient.

Adsorption dryer – Heatless REGENERATIV

Series ALM-CCD / ALM-CD

The ALM-CCD/CD are used wherever compressed air is being dried to a pressure dew point of –20°C, –40°C or –70°C.

The series offer compact design and simple operation.

Key data:

  • Pressure dew point:
    ALM-CCD: –40°C, –70°C
    ALM-CD: -20°C, -40°C, -70°C
  • Volume flows: 9 – 9400 m3/h
  • Operating pressure: 3 - 16 bar (overpressure)
  • Ambient temperature: 5 - 50°C

Sorozat ALM-WD

At higher ratings in particular, heat-regenerative adsorption dryers are more efficient and most notably more cost effective to run than coldregenerative ones.

  • Pressure dew point: -40°C at 100% nominal load
  • Volume flows: 245 - 4280 m3/h
  • Operating pressure: 4 - 16 bar (overpressure)
  • Ambient temperature: 5 - 50°C
