Adsorption dryers
Adsorption dryers are used for all applications where a pressure dewpoint of +3°C is not sufficient.
ALMiG offers
- Cold-regenerating adsorption dryers
- Hot-regenerating adsorption dryers
Cold-regenerating adsorption dryers
OekoDry 2000 series

Complete conditioning system with cold-regenerating adsorption dryer, pre- and after-filter and condensate drain.
Key data:
- Pressure dew-point:
up to –40°C at 100% nominal load
up to –70°C at 70% nominal load and
a max. inlet temperature of +35°C - Volumetric flow rates of 5-100 m3/h
- Regenerant air requirements approx. 17% of the nominal volumetric flow rate
- Operating overpressure 4-16 bars
OekoDry C series

Complete conditioning systems with cold-regenerating adsorption dryers, pre- and after-filter and electronic condensate drain.
Key data:
- Pressure dew-points
≤ –20°C
≤ –40°C
≤ –70°C - Volumetric flow rates of 5–1000 m3/h
- Regnerant air amount at PDP:
–20°C: 14%
–40°C: 15%
–70°C: 20%
of the relevant nominal volumetric flow rate
- Operating overpressure 4-16 bars
OekoDry C series

Complete conditioning system with cold-regenerating adsorption dryer, pre- and after-filter and electronic condensate drain.
Key data:
- Pressure dew-points
≤ –20°C
≤ –40°C
≤ –70°C - Volumetric flow rates of 1350–8750 m3/h
- Regenerant air amounts at PDP:
–20°C: 14%
–40°C: 15%
–70°C: 20%
of the relevant nominal volumetric flow rate - Operating overpressure 4-10 bars
Hot-regenerating adsorption dryers
OekoDry W series

External hot-regenerating adsorption dryers with fan and compressed air loss-free cooling system.
- Pressure dew-point –40°C at 100% nominal load
- Volumetric flow rates of 375–8750 m³/h
- Operating overpressure 4–10 bars
Particularly at high outputs and pressure dew-points hot-regenerating adsorption dryers are more efficien and, above all, cheaper in terms of operating costs.
Owing to the suction gas cooling, the OekoDry W series works without compressed air loss. With this system ambient air is fed through the adsorption tank to cool the plant. This lowers the pressure and consequently also the temperature. This makes the OekoDry W series even more efficient and economical. Pressure dew-point – 40°C at 100% nominal load.
